Jim Pashley launched JP Solutions in November 2007 after working in Recruitment as a Senior Consultant since 1993.
Jim worked for 5 years in the fast moving London market with Alexander Mann Solutions, a leading search & select specialist. In 1998 Jim moved to Australia and has worked as a Senior Consultant within IT Recruitment, building strong relationships with some of Australia’s top companies and highest skilled candidates.
JP Solutions was formed after Jim decided that he could offer a higher standard of service working in a boutique agency rather than part of a large company run by Directors who have long since forgotten the needs of their clients, contractors and candidates and where values and ethics are invariably lost.
Jim has learnt every facet of recruitment and this combined with his background and education in Business Law, enables JP Solutions to offer a total solution to our clients and candidate.
